His expertise is engaged in all phases of restaurant and catering operations with major responsibilities including conceptualization, organization, operations analysis and improvements.

Mr. LaPietra is a dynamic and articulate career hospitality Food & Beverage Director with over 25 years of experience in the Restaurant Industry. Along with working knowledge of every position, Angelo served as a Corporate Food & Beverage Director and Director of Training and Development for Monarch Grand Vacations.
