Simonini is responsible for the planned growth of Western Golf Properties’ portfolio of managed properties. Working in harmony with the Corporate team he identifies and qualifies properties for their fit with Western Golf Properties. He is responsible for structuring and negotiating management and consulting agreements for all new business. Simonini has considerable experience in relationship management, sales and marketing management, and is skilled at managing customer expectations. He comes to Western Golf Properties with extensive Business Development experience with a global leader in golf course design where he successfully grew business across the Americas, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe and Africa.
