Rick Adams Promoted to National Director of Golf Operations

Rick Adams, PGA, has been promoted to the role of the National Director of Golf Operations. Adams, a long-tenured, dedicated corporate employee, has been promoted to oversee all golf operations across Western Golf Properties’ growing portfolio. Adams, who has been a member of the PGA of America for over thirty years, has been an integral part of several high-profile golf clubs. Such clubs include Pelican Hill Golf Club in Newport Coast, Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Crosby National in Rancho Santa Fe, and Palmas Del Mar Country Club in Puerto Rico.
Since 2015, Adams has held multiple roles for Western Golf Properties most recently as the Corporate Project Manager and Compliance Officer. In his previous roles, he managed various special assignments and ensured all Western Golf Properties locations were creating safe and compliant atmospheres. Adams was also integral in expanding and customizing Western Golf Properties’ Human Resources Department and has provided Western Golf Properties employees with superior knowledge of labor and benefit laws ever since.
