National Director of Safety & Compliance
Rick Adams has managed private, resort, daily fee, and public golf courses throughout his career in Southern California. His previous work experience includes General Manager, Head Golf Pro, and Tournament Director. As the National Director of Safety & Compliance, Rick is tasked with making sure that all locations are adherent to policies and procedures set by Western Golf and local governments. Rick is uniquely qualified for this position due to his experience managing all aspects of club operations from Golf, Food and Beverage, Human Resources, and Finance during this more than 30 years in the industry. As a class A member of the PGA for more than 25 years, Rick draws upon his experience and knowledge to make each facility operate at its very best.
