Shantel Nemecek has over a decade of golf industry experience. Shantel currently manages Cottonwood Golf Club while overseeing several golf courses under the Western Golf Properties portfolio. Alongside club management and Corporate Leadership, Shantel oversees all aspects of club operations including budgets, staff, marketing, and food and beverage. The Regional Team works hard at each and every property to responsibly manage expenses, drive revenue, and create a positive work environment.
